No. Sanitizing is an optional service to discuss separately. The home duct-cleaning starting scope should be understood on its own.
Can a treatment replace removing dust?
No. Physical cleaning and a proposed application serve different purposes; sanitizing is not a substitute for debris removal.
Will it permanently remove an odour?
That cannot be promised. A continuing source needs to be identified and addressed, even if a suitable treatment is agreed.
