THE CLEANING PROCESS
Every step has a purpose.
Clean individual vents
Our team uses 250 PSI compressed-air equipment to move dust and debris from the individual supply and return pathways.
Document the main lines
Before main-line cleaning, we take photos and videos of the accessible duct condition.
Connect industrial vacuum collection
Our industrial vacuum system, rated at 20,000+ CFM, creates negative pressure for the cleaning setup. Actual airflow depends on the connection and system layout.
Sweep the ductwork
Forward and reverse sweeper tools work through the main duct lines to loosen and remove accumulated material into the collection system.
Discuss sanitizing and finish the sweep
Where suitable and agreed, sanitizer is applied in accordance with its label. The process includes a final sweep for remaining debris; sanitizing is not a promise to sterilize the system.
Seal and inspect
We close openings with galvanized plates, screws and HVAC foil tape, fit airtight plugs in 2-inch holes, and inspect the access points for proper closure.

Sanitizing is a conversation, not a health promise.
Ask which product is proposed, whether it is suitable for your duct material and how it is applied. Any application should follow the product label and your approval. We do not describe duct cleaning as sterilization or promise elimination of every germ, dust mite or health symptom.
A moisture problem, damaged lining or contaminated material may need a different remedy. Mechanical cleaning and sanitizing are not substitutes for identifying the underlying problem.

Galvanized metal plates, screws and HVAC foil tape are used to close access openings. Airtight plugs are used for 2-inch holes. The team checks the access points before leaving so the duct system is properly closed.

Will duct cleaning cure allergies or lower my bills?
We focus on removing accessible dust and debris. We do not promise allergy relief, a particular energy saving or a fix for an unrelated HVAC fault.
How is sanitizer handled?
Discuss the product, suitability for your duct material, label instructions and your approval before application. Sanitizer does not replace physical debris removal or correction of a moisture problem.
